A luxury retail environment in Double Bay that draws on the neighbourhood's Italianate architectural heritage, with arched openings, white rendered masonry, and a restrained material palette of travertine, brushed brass, and linen.

The brief called for a boutique that could hold its own among the precinct's established luxury tenants while reading as distinctly contemporary. The response: a minimal interior with exaggerated ceiling height and a single large-format stone feature wall that anchors the entire space.

Display is treated as curation. Garments hang in recessed niches lit like gallery vitrines, and the travertine floor runs uninterrupted from the threshold to the fitting rooms, holding the interior as one continuous gesture.

The result is a retail space that trades spectacle for stillness: the architecture recedes, and the product carries the room.
