A harbourside residence at Lavender Bay that negotiates a steeply sloping site to frame sweeping views across the bay toward the Bridge and city skyline. The project reorganised an existing dwelling around a new vertical datum, allowing each level to open independently to the view.

Interiors are composed around a palette of warm natural materials: brushed limestone, wide-board oak, and hand-applied plaster. The living and kitchen zone is conceived as a single continuous surface that dissolves at the glazed northern edge into the balcony beyond.

Bedrooms and bathrooms continue the same discipline, each framing its own private slice of the bay. It is a home conceived as a sequence of calm rooms above the water: luxurious in material, quiet in effect.
